Four seasonal markets are held on a larger scale than the traditional weekly markets. Featuring up to 40 stalls, the Spring, Summer, Harvest and Christmas markets attract a wide range of artisan makers, crafters and producers. From craft beer producers to potters, the markets showcase everything local, from the best in food and drink to arts and crafts.

Artisan Market
A wide range of exhibitors offering everything from artisan foods and handmade soaps to vintage French collectables and pottery. As well as the wonderful stallholders, we have fantastic entertainment, live music, and children’s activities. There will also be lots of lovely local food and drink, making the fair an ideal day out for gardening clubs, families and similar groups – coaches are very welcome.

East Bergolt’s Summer Fair

Open Farm Sunday, managed by LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming), is one of the farming industry’s biggest success stories. Since the first Open Farm Sunday in 2006, over 2000 farmers across Britain have opened their gates and welcomed over 3.25 million people onto farms for farming's annual open day.
It is a fantastic opportunity for everyone, young and old, to discover at first hand what it means to be a farmer and the fabulous work they do producing our food, nurturing and all the goods and services farmers provide.
Each event is unique based around the farm’s individual story. Activities during the day may include a farm walk, nature trail, tractor and trailer rides, demonstrations, pond dipping, activities for children, a mini farmers market or farm shop.

Helmingham Hall Spring Plant Fair
An inspiring day out for both experienced and novice gardeners alike!
The Spring Fair takes place over two days on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 May, from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
With specialist nurseries, artisan stalls, live music, children’s activities and dedicated conservation areas, there’s something to enjoy for every age and interest.
The event is held in partnership with Suffolk Plant Heritage, a charity dedicated to conserving rare and heritage garden plants.
Old Hall Cafe & Walks Spring Market
Discover the very best of regional creativity, with over 55 talented artisans, designers and craftspeople showcasing their work under the cover of our Big Barn. Expect a wonderfully diverse mix of stalls, including ceramicists, fine artists, printmakers, silversmiths, clothing designers, woodworkers, organic cosmetic producers and much more.
Enjoy live music to keep you bopping while you browse, ample free onsite parking, street food and our dog-friendly café serving excellent coffee, breakfasts, lunches and light bites.
